We are looking for a TECHNICAL PREPARATION SPECIALIST to join our team.

 

What tasks can you expect with us?

   ◆ Reviewing and checking project documentation

   ◆ Communicating with subcontractors and suppliers

   ◆ Preparing contractor quotations and calculating quantities

   ◆ Compiling documentation required for tenders

   ◆ Coordinating settlements

 

We are looking for someone who:

   ◆ Holds a construction or architectural technician qualification

   ◆ Is confident in using Excel and other office software

   ◆ Has experience interpreting project documentation

   ◆ Has at least 2 years of experience in the construction industry

 

Advantages if you have:

   ◆ A university degree in construction or architecture

   ◆ Good knowledge of construction materials and modern building technologies
